All returns and exchanges for physical products sold on this site are done through Amazon.  You can click this link to access the return & exchange policy or you can use your Amazon account to initiate the return through your order history.

The return policy for any ticketed events will be explained to your during the checkout process.  Purchased events can be cancelled up to 60 days prior to the event date.  There will be a 15% processing charge on any cancelled events.  If you need to cancel an event already purchased, please use the contact form to submit your cancelation.
